What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a hands-on health approach focused on the spine, the nervous system, and the body’s natural ability to function better.

The nervous system controls and coordinates the whole body. The brain is protected by the skull, and the spinal cord by the spine. When the mobility or alignment of certain vertebrae is disturbed, it may create tension, compensation patterns, and sometimes irritation within the nervous system.

The chiropractor’s role is to assess the spine, pelvis, posture, and neuro-musculoskeletal tension patterns, then use precise manual adjustments adapted to each individual. The goal is not to “force” the body, but to help it regain freedom of movement, balance, flexibility, and comfort.

Chiropractic does not replace conventional medicine. It can work as a complementary approach, particularly for prevention, mobility maintenance, tension management, and improved overall body function.

Good chiropractic care is part of a proactive vision of health: listening to the body before pain becomes chronic, correcting imbalances, and preserving vitality over the years.

My Approach to Chiropractic Care

I offer a neuro-functional, intuitive, and precise chiropractic approach, focused on the global reorganization of the body.

My work looks at the body as a whole: posture, nervous system, tension patterns, breathing, support, fatigue, stress, and adaptability.

It is particularly suited to older patients, tired or highly stressed people, as well as those suffering from chronic pain, recurring tension, or functional imbalances.
This approach is suitable for people who feel that their body no longer functions smoothly and who are looking for subtle, respectful, progressive, and personalized care.

My strength lies in precision, listening to the nervous system, reading the body globally, and intervening without forcing.
